I am anindya das, have purchased one new set of micromax q346 on 11/08/2017. Due to some problems i returned my cell phone to one of the micromax service centers on 31/05/2018. My micromax set is under the 1 year warranty period but it was one month over that the service center is constantly delaying in returning process. Every time i am calling them but they refuse to give me back my micromax set. It was already one month over, that i have not received my mobile from the service center. The details of micromax service center are given below... Ensure services Blue pearl apartment, 121, b. T. Road, kolkata - 700108, mobile: [protected]/[protected] I am so worrying for their delaying process. It may over the warranty period due to their negligence.
