This phone i bought on 04/02/17. Since buying this was causing problem of slow down, heating & mouth piece. I have give this to micromax service centre in ghaziabad-service zone tele centre on 19/4/17. Since then every time we visit to take the handset-only one reply. The part required to service the hendset is not received from company. On calling to consumer helpline-every time they say-you will get it completely fit within five days. It is totally new handset and i am forced to buy a new handset because this is taking long time. I want the refund of my phone and the trouble caused to me. I gave my mobile for repair on 1/4/17 to service center in amritsar (punjab) . Jobsheet number is N[protected].. Now after 50 days they told me that we cant repair your mobile and you can take it back. My mobile is in warranty period . Dont know what to do . Plz help .
