Micromax Informatics — mobile phone replacement is pending more than 2 months | |||||
Dear Micromax Team, i m purchase a micromax canvas mobile on 11Nov 2017 and after that i am facing a issue than i m vist Service center and they are update mobile software 2-3 times under a week but continously i am facing a same issue. and after that finally my mobile phone is submitted to the center for replacement on 21 Dec 2017 with Request no.[protected]-30993084 on 26 Dec they give me a used Mobile phone with Scarteched Screen for Replacement of my new mobile and i m refuse to accept it than they will give me a new request no[protected]-31043847 with 2-3 days time but continously i am contacted him but i am not receive my mobile and every time they will give me a 2-3 days time. i am also contacted customer care no but its still pending and the person says to me contact service center. on my first visit to service center with in a week and i am says to replace my mobile phone and that time they says to me after software update the issue will resolve but its still pending. please take a quick action on it.
