I had purchased yunicorn model no. Yu5530 on 08, dec 2016.
After 2 days, there was a software problem starting in the cell. Then, i went to gtb nagar kingsway camp, service center, delhi-110009 and they told me that your problem will be solved after 2 week due to unavailbility of software.. So, you can visit our service center after 2 week.
I went yesterday (27, april 2017) to repair the software problem... For repairing the software, they took money (Rs 550) and gave me the invoice of rs 550 whereas my mobile is in warranty period..
I really dont know how they could take the money is in warranty period...
Please take proper actions asap..
