Am a. Venkateshwarlu i have purchased x512micromax mobile invoice number: si/krm2/3361 on 17/10/2018 at "lot" (Mobile shop h-no-3-1-404, christian colony, near court area, beside hdfc bank, karimnagar-505001) My mobile keypad has been not working since one month i have twice visited your mobile service centre (Swetha communications karimnagar on 08/05/2019 receipt no 2295) they had charged 300 rupees but there is not improvement in mobile so it time for you to take the action and sot out the problem either by replacing the mobile by the other one or refunding it. As we have the validity of 1 year. So sot out the problem as fast as you can. Was this information helpful? | |||

I would like to inform you I already a given my mobile to service centre but after few days I go to service center for tak back my mobile service centre is close permanently.
Then I mail to micromax team but no solution provided. My case I'd is 1003783.
Please give the solution.
