Micromax Informatics — No proper response from mobile phone service centre.

We are using total 6 micromax mobile phones now (Myself, wife, son-2, sister & brother in law) in my family.
I have given my mobile phone (Micromax model aq4501 blk) for repairing in your ernakulam (Pallimukku) service centre on[protected] months). Till date, i did not receive the mobile phone repaired, not getting any proper response from the service centre.
They had given a sheet with details, which has no job card no. The details in said sheet is given below:

Bty no : v[protected]
Complaint : power off
Warranty : no.
P. C. : normal.
Kindly help me to get my issue solved at the earliest.
