Micromax Informatics — No proper service | |||
On14.4.15 we have brought a micromax 124cm tv . last month on 4.12.16 due to internal light defeat the video is not working. we have informed in service center service person came and asked us to take to service center in ayanavaram chennai .there is no transport facility to carry the tv . after 1 month they asked to take back the tv we have paid the amount for the service .but the tv returned with same defeat . after three days of continue calling we got the help of the service person they asked us to return the tv to service center. we request to look in to the matter and solve Was this information helpful? | |||
