Micromax q 409 failed within 15 months of online purchase (Network ic failed) unable to contact / speak over by phone to others.

Mobile phone being used to receive and sent mails and other purpose except direct talk to my relatives and official work which is the purpose to purchase the mobile phone.

Understand the present situation, that micromax (Indian part) is selling second hand / rejected quality as quality no:1 in the market.

Complaint has been forwarded january 10th with this mail, but no reply from the concern it indicates "how micromax cheating the customers".
