Micromax Informatics — pathetic service and products from micromax and yu yureka | |
I bought yu yureka black phone from flipkart on 13 july 2017. After using it i found that its speakers were not working properly. So i gave it to its service centre i. E. Micromax. Each time it came back, it is in worse condition than previous. My new phone is in micromax service centre for over2 months. I found that their service centre is inefficient in repairing or inspecting any defective/malfunctioning product. This is the 5 or 6 time i submitted this phone in continuation. I do not have number of first job sheet but that was on last week of august 2017. Second jobsheet no. Was-n[protected]. On this jobsheet i gave that phone for repair 3 times in continuation. After that phone is still not working properly. This is 3rd jobsheet in continuation. I have already resubmitted my phone on 3 october 2017 (Job sheet no.:n[protected]) with a request to replace this defective phone. It has already been over 15 days and did not get the solution of my problem. I strongly believe that micromax is not able to repair it. Their technicians have made this phone and my experience with micromax and yu yureka worst. Micromax is india's biggest cheater with a brand name.
