Micromax Informatics — phone is in warranty but customer care didn't said same. | |||
Initially i goes to micro max service center and submitted my phone as a problem of "battery drain" and "WI-Fi connecting issue" at[protected]. and mobile submitted by costumer care and job sheet given to me. After 2-3 times visited at micro max costumer service center they said "PCB issue found and same informed to micro max company." Costumer service center person says company provide new PCB and same assembled by them so problem will be resolved. but after reaching service center again problem not resolved. Now, costumer service center person says mobile is not in warranty because of Old model. But i have one year warranty receipt of mobile bill and more then one month mobile submitted in costumer service center job sheet. Kindly do the needful on high priority because these seems like company not responsible for there costumer. It will effect the company status and quality. Was this information helpful? | |||
