[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Poor warranty service | |||
Dear micromax, I am proshenjit kumar, user of micromax e313 model handset. Last month i saw disply problen in my handset with warrenty. Then i contact with micromax care head office of bangladesh at banani on 04/09/2016. They receive my handset and asured me i can receive my handset within few days. When i did not receive my handset within few days, the i call their cell number several times... After 8 days they deliver my handset on 11/09/2016. But 4 days later i fell my handset problem again, unfortunetly thats time i am in india for medical treatment. After came back to my country again i diposit my handset to micromax care center on 21/09/2016 with warrenty service job order no: j2609. I have called several times... They can not repair my handset. I also request themselv, if you can not repair my handset please exchange my handset. They are noy provide any soluation till now. This is very poor service... Really it's poor service. What can i do? Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
