Dear sir/mam I submit my micromax mobile in your chandigarh sec-30 service centre in 6 july 2017. Last 3 days i receive a message from ur service center. Message is dear customer with ref. To job sheet no9o[protected]. Your device is ready at our service centre pls contact [protected]. But today i visit at ur service centre to collect my mobile. They say me that ur mobile is not ready. Sir i am also a buisnessman. My house is also far from ur service centre. I waste my time and for ur service centre. This is a prank with a customer. I want my mobile at my home bcs i am satisfied by ur customer dealing. My addres House no - 1009 2nd floor sector-19 panchkula. I want urgent reply why u do this.
