Micromax Informatics — problem in mobile software | |||
Hi team, i have purchased micromax q 4251 from a retail outlet in kolkata on 31st march'2018. Unfortunately i am finding snags in its operation within 1 week of purchase. I have given out the phone for a software update but the problem persists. I had asked the concerned retail outlet to replace the phone as it is within my warranty period but it is unwilling to do so. When I was plug my phone with charger it get on but when remove it get off how I can fix it please give me the solution
