It is submitted that i have raised complaint on dated 05.09.2018 regarding my tv and my complaint number is[protected].
And my registered number for the same is [protected].
A engineer came at my home to the very next day and told that your pcb has been damaged and a new pcb would installed.
After that they have taken more than 9 days but my led is still not repared and when i ask in the care in turn they told that you pcb is not received to us from the delhi office. I have called in customer care than they told that ask in service center and when i make call to the service center in turn mr. Karanjit who picked my call told that ask to customer care. I am confused in this whole process and no one help me out neither customer care nor service center.
So i request to you that please send my pcb plate in concerned care and repare my tv as soon as possible. Other wise i will knock the door of consumer court and also advertise your poor service issue in newspaper. I will wait for only one day more. Was this information helpful? |
