Micromax Informatics — Repair delays in mobile and uncooperative nature of service centre. | |||||
I have a headset of yureka yu5510a. Some hardware problem came in it so care people had to change its motherboard so they kept it for 20 days. But even after that again hardware failure occured, now they are again have my phone for almost 20 days and keep on postponing date. They always tell lies n give false info abt repairs. So unresponsible they are. Yesterday i called at service centre they parts have arrived and u will get it tommorrow. Bt nw today they are sayng it will be by saturday. Even when i said i am gonna complain they were like its ok. Please help out. Was this information helpful? | |||||
