[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — worst approach & service in their authorised service center | |||
Canvas juice 2 aq 5001 model mobile phone purchased on dec 2018. 20 days back facing complaint. I cannot able to attend incoming calls. Other applications works properly. Approach micro max authorized service center m/s care station @ tirunelveli, tamilnadu. They said repair because of soft ware issue & soft ware updated required to rectify the issue. I agree. No job card issued. After 2 hour they say one spare to be replace & 2 days required. I agree too. There is no response. After one week when i approach them they say we could-not identify & rectify the issue. I ask them to return the product. When i got the mobile is death. They are using with non matching software for updating the mobile. There fore the mobile is dead. Pure responsibility for my mobile death is micro max mishandling.
