[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax TV no service | |||
Hi my name is Kiran Aurora and i'am from Mumbai, I purchased the product (Micromax LED TV) online. It got delivered at my doorstep. Since that day im calling micromax customer service to get the TV installed at my place. i also spoke to someone from the customer service dept. and he directed me to someone from the service center my city. That person said that he would be coming to my place to install the television but he did not turn up that day. Again i spoke to him and he said that he would be coming the next day, again he did not turn up and when i call him he says he is busy with some other work. The customer service number is always busy!! a person has to keep calling and calling and then service people dont turn up. The service people are also not answering the phone now. There is absolutely no response from the company's end. They are just giving false commitments and nothing else. Since the past 5 days the TV is just lying down in the box. There is nobody coming to fix it from the company or service center. I would request you to please look into this matter and take the necessary action immediately. It's true I too purchased micromax led tv ..its remote isn't working

I am facing a similar issue with Micromax. Bought a 32 inch LED TV and since then have been trying to get in touch with Micromax customer support for demo and installation. But no one is responding. I was anyways very skeptical to purchase a micromax product. And now i think that I shouldn't have bought one. It has been a nightmare.
Is there any one from Micromax team who can come and give demo and installation. Or else I will be forced to return the TV.

Hello sir I am Karan Bajirao mene Micromax ka TV 8 machine pahile kharida tha par an usme much problem ho gayi to TV ka screen dikh nahi raha mene complete kiya to company se ek person aya usne bola ki uska much item gaya h to company ko order diya h aur meri ghar ki Micromax 50 inch TV 1 month we super ho gaya band giri h par na vo person call uthata h na kabhi uthata h to sham ko at a hu a is a bolke baat taal raha h an aap hi bataye me TV ka kya karu ...
