I had purchased a micromax q426 handset on[protected]. however i have been using it only since march 2017, Since the first day i started using it it gave app related and battery issues. the app centre would stop working and the phone would hang making it difficult to switch it off. the battery is getting heated. on visiting the service centre at vasai west they only did a software update and told me to submit the phone for a battery change. the time limit given by them for the same is anywhere between 1-6 months as the battery is not available. as the phone is still under warranty period, i request you to urge for a replacement citing the fact that the phone is hardly been used for even 15 days. On contacting the company by email i am still to get a revert back. on customer service centre, i was told that i would get a call back on saturday itself and every consecutive day after that, the call back by them is still happening. This is purely unethical on their part to expect a consumer to purchase a new phone till their product which is still under warranty is being serviced. i have stopped trusting the company's false promises and urge you to intervene and get my handset either replaced or monetary compensation worth the amount I paid plus communication and travel expenses to and from the service centre in vasai (w) to be given to me.
