[Resolved]  Micromax — Very Low Class and Poor Class after sales service from Micromax

Dear Respected, I had purchased Micromax canvas 4 A210 (Grey) as per order id OD[protected] dated 30.10.2013 through Flipkart.com IMEI/Serial no.[protected]. Since few days I am facing problem of On/Off power key not working. On 28/10/2014 I visited Micromax authorised service center at Samarth Telecom Shopee, Pradhan Park, 2nd flr. Nr. Hotel Annapurna, M.G.Road, Nashik-422001. Met Mr. Bhushan he asked his repairing boy he said you come tomorrow by that time we could arrange power key and replace it immediately. As per Bhushan said I visited today on 29/10/2014 at around 3.30 pm, he asked his repairing mechanic about the key to replace his boy replied to him do hand over handset and we will replace key after 10-15 days etc. I said Bhushan why you said yesterday that you come tomorrow we will replace power key immediately etc. Now my handset warranty is about to expire on 30/10/2014. What to do? Your persons at authorised service center nashik like Bhushan are not capable and are not so good to have talk with walk in customers and also not good to give proper service immediately as they committed previous day. They straight way kept saying you deposit your handset and when company will send key we will replace it and give it to you etc. How I can stay without handset for such a long period? I asked Bhushan to give me customer care number he useless gave me number [protected]. I called same number from my cell at 3.37 pm there is no any conversation but gone rs.2 waste within 8 seconds. Then I called [protected] which mentioned in the visiting card of Micromax Nashik Service Center, one madam was talking with me for 5 min 50 seconds she also said me you give your handset and when company will send power key on line then we will replace it and we will give your handset back etc. So altogether your nashik service center service is very low class poor class and need to improve else who will purchase your micromax handset? Now my problem is my handset warranty is going to expire on 30/10/2014 and if my problem is not solved tomorrow then who will bare charges to replace on/off key? I am putting same complaint before on line consumer compliant forum right now so that each and every customer should know how Micromax company is offering after sales service to the consumers.
