I am Mar Lar Maung Maung. I received sms message showed an emaill address and I won MICROSOFT prize£80000. So asked to that email. They reply me a letter by Dr Alex. in the letter they said if I can not come to UK and collect the fund, they suggest me to hire a Chamber Mr.Hon .BARR. They asked me details, acc number and so on. Now he said nearly finish all procedure., so I need to pay service, released order totally $650 before release my fund. I am nearly ready to pay. Is it true.What should I d0?
