Microtek International — mjc6810081 not resolved even after a week..

Hi all

Monday 27th may 2019. I've raised a complaint *mjc6810081* reg microtek invertor not working but no one is bothering to rectify it.
Cust care and venkat making fake promises and i've wasted 3 days leaves for waiting for service person.

I'm calling and requesting and fed up with untrained cust care n manager.

Could u pls help me to get issue resolved same.

I've shared this story with my friends and requested not to buy any microtek products and requested them to inform all dear one.
