Microtek — ups overload complain

Sir i have microtek ups whose model no. - sebz900, sl. No. - 15kgxsqat168959, sir my microtek ups showing overloaded and it not getting start, my battery is fully charged automatic its showing overloading if i open all its output circuit but still its showing overloading. I request you to please registered my complain and please repair soon as soon it possible
