Hi I had purchased the product in the month of March 2019.In the beginning they didn't send sny representative for a demo for many days.Then the issue started.It mentioned that you can do mopping but the fact is if the cloth get wet the machine just won't move.So even though paying for both I am using only single mode, till the suction power of the machine was good, unfortunately the robot was acting weirdly as the wheels were jammed, I asked the company to repair it.They accepted so we sent it through courier and waited for its return.After its return it worked properly for 10 days.Again the robot was acting weirdly as the wheels were jammed, I asked the company again but they don't respond us.The quality of the product is really pathetic and depressed for me. It's the worst experience for me..So please save my product and money..Thank you..
