[Resolved]  Milagrow — milagrow aguabot 7.0 spaze. worst product and customer experience

Hi purchased the product in the month of jan 2019, since the begining first for many days they didn't sent any representative for a demo, then the issue started. It mentioned that you can do mopping but the fact is if the cloth get wet the machine won't move only so even though paying for both i am using only single mode, raising the issue milagrow people call me and gives and really pathetic reason of floor type. Till this time at least the suction power of the machine was good. Again in the month of august the robot was acting weirdly as the wheels were jammed, i asked the company to repair, firstly they don't have any service center in all the major city, customer need to pack by him self and need to send it to there courier service and wait for several days to return, i also asked them to repair or to improve the suction power but nothing was done. The way they behave and the quality of the product is really pathetic and not to rely on. It's shows how an indian company and their employees ignore csat. It's the worst experience every with any product.
