Milkbasket — no delivery of product but money has been debited | |||||
I had placed an order for Oats, Horlicks and a recurring order for Amul Toned Milk 500 ml. I had topped up my account for 1000 bucks. I did not get any of these items but my money has been deducted. They refunded only 21 bucks. Remaining amount for oats and horlicks has not been refunded. I received this SMS : Nilesh Kumar, we are a pre-paid wallet system, seems you did not complete payment. In case of any issues, call us on [protected]. I had already done the payment but still receiving this. I had a chat with someone in customer support via chat. He reminded me that debit of 21 had been refunded. I am not sure what is happening right now. What about 274 debited on Nov 12 and 21 on Nov 14? The number in SMS, [protected], even this is not working. IVR just says that we are facing issues. One more thing, responses to my chat conversations are replied to a day later. I have ordered India gate basmati rice mogra (5KG) on 2 nd October and it was not delivered in the morning an money was debited from my milk basket wallet and I raised an issue immediately after your delivery but I have not received my product yet and my debited amount is still not refunded.

Milkbasket delivery service is very bad. Today my full order is not delivered, order status shows order delivered. Without delivery how can they can show order delivered. From morning itself I am trying to contact them, still no solution yet. I will not suggest milkbasket to anyone, what they promised they are not able to follow. Not systematic. Iam faced this problem many times, but they refunded my money. But for today no solutions yet.
