I started work with this company on 22/july. I almost completed more than half of my work. But suddenly on 24/july when i login to this account, it showed that the account has been blocked due to multiple login attempts.
When i called up on customer care number, they are asking to pay 7999/- for account activation or 4449/- for cancellation of previous work.
And when i asked that what if i don't pay any of these so they are sending text messages that they will legally take action regarding this. Please tell me what is to be done in this case.
For registration, they didn't charged any amount. They just demanded for a photo of identity proof (I provided them with my adhaar card photo through whatsapp) and also they made me fill an online registration form (It stated to send a selfie photo and a pic with your signature on a paper).
