[Resolved]  Milton Thermosteel — purchased water heating jug but not keeping water warm.

Dear sir,

I had purchased milton thermosal water jug - sterling 4 on 03/01/2020 from vinayaka crockery house cc-4 shopping centre, jawahar nagar jaipur at the cost of rs 1, 200/-.

We found that the jug is not keeping water warm for this we contact the vinayaka crockery house cc-4 shopping centre, jawahar nagar jaipur -302004 but not get any response from there side.

We are surprise that such a big company and no one is responding so please look into the matter because we are unable to use the product.

Water is not getting hot.

Please get it replace or pay back our money.
