Mineemart — Fraud

Mineemart.com is a fraud company. They cheated me in the name of a contest called "promo activity 17" (This is the link http://mineemart.com/promoactivity200017/). they convinced me to pay total 33757 inr (20000 + 14999rs + 16509rs). Initially they called me and said i was selected in their "promo activity 17" contest and asked me to pay 2249rs for participating in the contest. I paid and they sent me the recovery items (Very cheap products not even equivalent to the amount i paid) for that money. After few days again one lady1 (Named vicky arora said "she is the file holder of mine") called from mineemart.com and said congratulations that you are the winner of the contest in 1st prize and asked me to pay 31, 500 rs in order to make the processing and registering the vehicle. Promised me that i will receive 52000rs worth equivalent products fro that money i have paid. I don't have that much amount and i said i want to quit from this contest. Then she asked me pay 15000rs initially and convinced me a lot to pay that money. I paid 15000rs and i have received few products which are also duplicate (Fake) and not equivalent to that amount i have paid. I called them (Tina sharma) and i said i want to quit from the contest and i asked for refund of my money. She (Tina sharma) said refund is not possible and you got the recovery products. I said i don't want your products and asked for refund but she didn't accept it. Then next day another lady2 (Named s.k singh said"she is the hrd") called and convinced me again for paying that remaining 16500 inr. Then i paid and asked them to sent me the proof of the contest and the back end support proof. She said will send by tomorrow afternoon, which i haven't received till now.
Now when ever i call them they are not responding and saying that they are in meeting. Actually how calling happens is "there is a customer care number they have provided in their website, when ever we call them one lady will lift that call and ask us to whom we want to speak to. We after saying that lady name, she will say i have sent her a message and that lady will call you back from online". Guys please listen it is a trap. Don't fall into that. I have the proof of call recordings. I want my money back
