I had placed for an order on 7th September 2019 for a “brown smart watch with a touchscreen 48mm x 1” but I got the delivery today that is 11th September 2019. The item delivered was wrong a normal damaged analog watch. Could the company refund my money which I paid was 1800/- cash on delivery or send the exact same product. There is no customer care as such for this.

I ordered a diesel watch cost 1799 and i got a wrong product named X5 fashion. Its cost is just 200 rupees. I cant contact them and i cant return the product for refund, please help me to refund my money back or help me get the original item

I ordered a JBL Pulse 3 speakers and a Noise Wireless earphones for RS 1750. But I got a speaker not even worth 500. Their customer care doesn't exist. Can you please help in getting my product replaced or get a refund.
