Dear sir/ma’am,

I dindayal agarwal form siwani has applied for fresh passport on dated[protected] from post office hisar, vide file no. Ch21c[protected];

Till now passport has not been issued to me (Also not processed yet by your side); & its status has been showed that application has been collected at camp;

Acknowledgment file has been attached for your ready reference;
In hisar camp, they were saying they were already sent the docs. To the chandigarh, kindly send the mail to the chandigarh;
Kindly do the needful as on priority, as it got delayed by some months & i need the same on urgent basis;
