[Resolved]  Ministry Of Home Affairs — Appalling Attitude of CISF's Sub Inspector Sh. Syed Mir Ahmed

With due respect and humble submission that, I the undersigned reached at Uttam Nagar (East) Metro Station on 14th Oct, 2014 about 08:23 hrs and put my Tiffin box into the scanning machine and wait for my turn for my physical checking.Before coming out from the checking point, my Tiffin box has been dropped down after coming out from the scanning machine due to not having any supporting system between the machine and the table where luggage is accumulated. Resultantly, its cover has been badly broken. I immediately ask to the Constable of CISF who was standing near to the luggage, he replied that, I joined today (i.e. 14.10.14) from Jaipur (Rajasthan) and not aware about this. Then, I immediately ask to the Sub Inspector (CISF) Syed Mir Ahmed who was sitting with scanning machine, installed near to the ladies checking point, reason for not depute a man with the scanning machine for extending support to belongings of the passengers after coming out from the scanning. He replied in an egotistically manner that it is not our duty to provide safety and abrasion of the luggage. I astonished, after hearing of his verdict. It means, our valuable items have no value for the CISF personnel till in his capacity. Then, who will responsible for our items which were put into the scanning machine. I told him that I will write complaint against you and you will face its effect and I moved ahead. He started whispering. I turned and asked what you are saying. He replied in a very appalling manner “ Jo karna ha ja kar le ja, koi farq nhi padta. Metro is made for the convenience of the passenger and such kind of man always making defame of the life line Metro as well as their department too. The way of talking of above Sub-Inspector was very awful and uneven as well as his attitude towards me was also very not convivial, whereas, CISF personnel, deputed on Metro duty should be cordial and friendly with the passengers. This experience makes me shock that how a responsible SO of CISF is still unaware about the basic behaviour. My request you, such type of personnel should not be deployed on the Metro Station. In this regard, I immediately talk to his Inspector/Coy Commander Mr. Sorean on his mobile and informed about the incident. After hearing, he shocked and replied that, it is our duty to take care and safety of the luggage/belongings of the passengers until passenger’s pick-up. I further make request to Mr. Sorean to provide mobile number or Telephone number of their concerned Deputy Inspector General (DIG) so that I can inform him about this incident. Surprisingly, he replied that, he did not have his DIG’s number then I asked from Head Constable Mr Reddy, who was in the CISF’s office, he also replied the same. It shows that how much they are sincere towards their job and having melafide intention to prevent complaint goes to the knowledge of their DIG or senior officer. Due to this, I reached my office appx. 55 minutes late. I have lodged the complaint in this regard at Uttam Nagar (East) Metro Station on 14th Oct, 2014 vide Complain No.A-34023 under reference. My humble request you to kindly attach some supporting system with the scanning machine so that luggage/articles can’t be fall down. Secondly, severe disciplinary action may be taken against SI Syed Mir Ahmed for his misbehaviour and untailored attitude as shown being a responsible Subordinate officer, so that a message can be aired among personnel of CISF to not repeat such type of misbehaviour and untailored attitude with the passenger. My further request you to kindly intimate me the action taken against him through the written communication. I had lodged a complaint earlier vide Complaint No. A-35140 dated 22nd July, 2014 at Uttam Nagar (East) Metro Station, New Delhi but no any written communication has been received yet. My humble request you to kindly outcome of both complaints may please be communicated for further course of action. I am not able to fill ib acio application form 2017. Been trying since past 2 days, the site is down.No details, no reply to my mails, no call attendants. Lost in the dark, please help. As it must be needed by hundreds of aspiring candidates.It is the last day today. Please provide with some information and resolve the issue at the earliest.
