I alongwith my wife deepika jain applied for registraion of marriage bearing acknowledge reciept no. 17046001/19787/270618 dated 27/6/2018 in sewa kendra counter raikot road malerkotla on 27/6/2018 and issued reciept in this regard and in which receipt mentioned that date by which service to be provided is 9/7/2018 but till date he did not issue our marriage certificate and he told that plz approach to one sh. Ashok kumar reader at sangrur but he intionally with held the above said file and did not issue my marriage certificate so plz taken action against them immidiatly
