[Resolved]  Minte.in — ordered unboxed mobile, received used one, returned and accepted by minute, replacement not, yet sent not even replying on my query

Placed order for a (Moto x play turbo charger | 2gb ram | 32gb rom | white | unboxed | openboxed | verified by minte) on september 22, 2017. On 3rd october i received the shipment. But the mobile was a used one. Requested return, minte asked for picture of the mobile, that i wanted to return. I provided pictures and minte accepted the return. The return pickup was completed on 10th october and minte has received the return shipment on 18th october. Since then i have been following up for the replacement mobile, but they are misleading me since then, and the replacement mobile has not yet been shipped. Not even replying and providing any update on this. As on 25th october i have no update on this.
