[Resolved] Miracas International — Delivery Delay as Order pending with Indian Customs

I have placed an order with Miracas (miracas.com) on 9th March, 2015 & paid amount Rs 2490 for the same. Order Details : Order No : 57669 . Reference : SW- 18545. Order delivery was expected on 27th March, but then the status shown as " Order pending with Indian Customs " . As before I had faced this issue & clearing custom caused delivery delay of over 1 month when I placed that issue here after that only I got my order (part of Miracas negligence I suppose ). I tried to contact support on their no given which is always busy, also wrote email but no reply came ever. I once again request you to look into this and make Miracas clear the customs and make product delivery as soon as possible. My Regards

As item was discontinued, I didn't receive the order. Miracas is developing its services but that is not regular, sometimes it is accessible & sometimes it is not. But calling & writing to Miracas provided the option, it took 1 month though, but that is ohk, I got something by the end somehow

Similarly I had placed an order with Miracas (miracas.com) on 12th Dec, 2015 & paid amount Rs 2443 for the same. Order Details : Order No : 73037 . Order delivery was expected on 29th Dec, but then the status shown as " Order pending with Indian Customs ". I tried to contact support on their no given which is always busy, also wrote email but no reply came ever. I request you to look into this and make Miracas clear the customs and make product delivery as soon as possible as this order is a gift item which I need to gift it on time by 6th Jan 2016.
