I have ordered belt on june 17th, 2018. But product is not delivered yet. No one is replying to messages and emails. Unable to reach them over call. The last update i have received from them is on july 3rd. No update after that Here is the update: Delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Your order is pending with indian customs at the delhi international airport. We are in the process of clearing the shipment on your behalf. This can take 2-5 working days depending on various parameters. Please note that there is no additional cost as customs clearance is a free service provided by miracas international. I have already gone through those days o[censored]ncertainty my frens. Some order gets delivered very fast but I guess if they don't have Ur desired product with them they will take around 2 months to refund Ur money as voucher(Which means Ur never going to get back Ur money in case u want refund). Ur left with no choice then to order again from them and wait to see if it gets delivered. Never order from them again.

Please raise a service request with your bank and explain them about the fraud and request them to revert back your money from Miracas, they will initiate the process.
