Miracas International — no response for the non delivered item

I have order a blazer with order no#150469, ordered on 24th of december 2017, i already paid for this item, i haven't received, no response from the customer care as they are not picking or always busy.. Even i tried to contact through mail and facebook messenger. But there is no response. Please resolve this issue.in case unable to deliver the item at least i am looking for refund of money

I want to refund blazer. Blazer quality is very poor. Pocket defected and colour dark, I don't like this product . So I am refund this blazer
