I don't know what to do... Plz help... I ordered two jackets in December... One of which I have received.. But the other one is still not delivered... I have already made the payment... No body picks phn at customer care... Plz help... I m frustrated like hell

My order no:76849 (placed on 1st march 2017) is laying at Delhi for custom clearance from last 15 day . Miracas International is not replying may mail and the CC no which is available in the website are not working.

I placed a order of blazer on 22 jan 17, order no#66687 company showing me parsal delivered at 15 day but till date not not parsal received me, customer care not receive any call or no reply any mails. This company totally fraud. Please advice me how to refund my money.
