my self sandeep yadav a resident of bhilai wants to book a ticket of movie "shadi main jaroor aana "on 21.12.17 for 8.00 pm show running at miraj cinema new civic center bhilai district -durg chhattisgarh .
But i was unable to book ticket from your official website with a message displaying that network connectivity of miraj cinemas.
when i went to miraj cinema counter for purchasing the ticket the person given me the ticket of 100 rs (50rs ticket +50rs food coupon) which is mandatory for every ticket buyer .
when i asked the reason for the network connectivity issue they said that on every Thursday no one can able to book online tickets from any of the online ticket booking website as on thursday they reduce the price of ticket to 50 rs.
i feel cheated because one user has a belief that he/ she can book ticket from online ticket booking website like other days i.e. (monday to sunday), but now they are saying that except thursday one can book online tickets.
as they are imposing there own rules and fares on customer which can hamper your company name also.
please resolve this issue which was faced by your precious customers of bhilai city
