Mirjaa — Order placed but not received yet and payment made in advance since no option of COD

I placed order for kid's cycle on 03/03/2022 vide Order No.19640 and made payment of Rs.299/- by Paytm, but I have not received the order till now. I tried to track my order on your MIRJAA website and it is showing as (Order #19640 was placed on 03/03/2022 and is currently Processing).I also tried to contact on Contact No : +[protected] many times, but it's constantly showing switch off and whatsapp on this number is also not working. I THINK IT IS A FAKE WEBSITE MADE FOR COLLECTING MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS.
