[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Mirraw-No-Refund | |||
I saved couple of items on my cart, by mistake i placed the order with out reviewing.Immediately the had deducted 78 dollars.With in couple of minutes i emailed [protected]@mirraw.com to cancel the order.I received an automated emails saying "a ticket has been created with Ticket ID - 747637.".Then after two hours i received an email from "Ajay Pasi " saying "We request you to kindly please elaborate the issues for cancelling the order so we will assist you better for the same". i replied back and explained him exactly what happened .Then he responded saying "We would like to inform you that we have initiated refund for the same, it will reflect into your account within 7-9 working days." I did not receive the refund in 7-9 working days. I waited for almost a month then i sent an email to Ajay Pasi, [protected]@mirraw.com .I did not receive any response untill now.
