[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Money refund | |||||
There are total four products which i have returned. For the first one i emailed mirraw all the details on 14 january. Below are the details. Order number - m[protected] Product id - 862008 Courier tracking no - e73158237 Tracking website - www.dtdc.in Sent on - 05/01/2017 Delivered back on - 06/01/2017 I still haven't received the refund and i have emailed regarding the above order with all details on 14/1/17. Its already been more then 20 days that i haven't received the refund. Other three products which are returned belong to the same order - m[protected] 1. Product code - 1520165 Tracking id[protected] Tracking website - www.shreenandancourier.com Sent on - 14/1/17 2 product code - 1497661 Tracking id[protected] Tracking website - www.shreenandancourier.com Sent on - 14/1/17 3. Product code - 1539220 Trackind id - z13900031 Tracking website - www.dtdc.in Sent on - 24/1/17 I have called mirraw so many times and everytime. I call them they say sir we have forwarded it to the accoutns department and it will take 7 to 10 workings days and when i call them after time is overnthey again say the same thing. I dont think thwy are planning to refund the money. I even had. A conversation with their supervisor. He also said the same and finally gave me the date of 8th feb 2017 and its 8th feb 2017 still no money in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
