There are total four products which i have returned.

For the first one i emailed mirraw all the details on 14 january. Below are the details.

I still haven't received the refund and i have emailed regarding the above order with all details on 14/1/17. Its already been more then 20 days that i haven't received the refund.

I have called mirraw so many times and everytime. I call them they say sir we have forwarded it to the accoutns department and it will take 7 to 10 workings days and when i call them after time is overnthey again say the same thing.
I dont think thwy are planning to refund the money. I even had. A conversation with their supervisor. He also said the same and finally gave me the date of 8th feb 2017 and its 8th feb 2017 still no money in my account.
