Order ID - M[protected] Order Date - 18 January 2017 Delivery Date - 24 January 2017 Return Date - 25 Januay 2017 Reason for returning: Quality issues Courier Name: DTDC Tracking Number: Z13786938 Delivered Date: 30 January 2017 There is no prompt response on any of my email from these guys. I am attaching dtdc courier tracking history clearly stating that the product is delivered at its origin successfully yet they didn't initiate the refund. Feb 15, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved On February 8, I received an sms from my bank that the amount has reversed by mirraw services and at the same time i received an email from email id "[email protected]" saying refund has initiated and asked me to wait for 5-7 days and after 5 days amount was reversed.
