I have ordered 5 sarees on mirraw for 8400 mur. There was the deal of free stitching so i asked for fall and pico and petticoat stitching. Everything went well and the quality check was done. It's been days but the stitching process is not processing. I have mailed them several times telling that i needed the items as quickly as possible. The guy called nizam told me that it takes an additional of 12 days so i told him i don't want the stitching process. He said ok but the items are being processed for stitching without any progress. I have mailed to them several times asking for help but no reply. The only mails i'm receiving are from the stitching team telling me to confirm measurements which are for blouse. I never asked for blouse stitching. Now i'm really worried. I don't even know if i would really receive the products. I may lose my money also. Each time i purchase on this app i land into trouble.
