[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Poor return services | |||||
I have ordered a saree with order number 5744-M[protected], but in the description it was not mentioned that its a net saree, so i requested for a return, but still my return is pending. First I put up a return request and then they asked for a tracking number, I gave the tracking no through which the product reached me, but that was not accepted, so I mailed the customer service with the issue, but they in return only guided with the steps no where mentioning about the option I asked for, I also replied back with the scenario again, but theres no reply till now.
