Hi, Please find the details below Date of Incident: 9th April, 2017 at 10:53, I ordered Multi color combo of gold plated earrings contains (6 pairs) and have made an online payment via my credit card of Rs. 533 and after multiple follow ups with Customer care via calls as well emails but there is no response from them as of now. I have already shared them the transaction message & transaction alerts I had received via email. The amount 533 Rs. has been deducted on my credit card and I have not received any product neither they're ready to return my money.
