[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Regarding Payment | |||||
I ordered a saree from mirraw.com, But i was not satisfied with the product. So, i requested to kindly guide the return or replacement process through mail. After that i received a mail, Was asked to return through Speed post & Return shipping charge will not be covered by team mirraw. I returned it through speed post on 23rd January 2017, Consignment no.: EJ[protected]IN. But till date payment is not received by team mirraw. Neither any action is taken by them. I dropped a mail regarding that & i also called on the no. given by them on previous mail but they told it is not our responsibility. Was this information helpful? | |||||
