From last April month we facing issue in this machine with dryer for this we talk with customer care and register a complaint, my first complaint closed without attending after that I register a 2nd complaint from that day till now my issue is not solved, whenever we try to contact Mr. Sanjay Gondhalekar ([protected]), Mr. Nehe ([protected] /[protected] we got a reply because my dryer door lock get damaged for that we have to pay 850 Rs., we have already ordered the part and it will take 2-3 days time more. From last 3 months I am taking followup but there is no positive response from there.
I am not going to pay any repair charges now because I am facing lots of mental harassment & torture from this all people so requesting you to please help me to get my refund money for this faulty machine. Was this information helpful? |
