Date of incident : 19-feb-2019 Call number :[protected]o0100 I have lodged a complaint with mitashi customer service on 19th feb'19 regarding an issue with my washing machine and its been pending for 2 weeks now and i am not getting proper response or eta about this issue. A service guy visited our home after 2 days after registering the complaint and on checking the machine he stated that there is a defect part which needs to be replaced and that should come from mumbai which would take 2 - 3 days and he left from home. On following with service center after 2 days, their response was "pending for spare parts" and upon keep on following with them actively, again that service guy visited our home with a spare part on saturday 2nd march'19. And the spare part which he brought didn't match exactly and so the service guy again told we need to check with our service center if any other spare available otherwise we need to raise a new order again from mumbai which would take 2 - 3 days and he left from home. After that again today, i tried to contact the service guy and the service center and there was no response for my call. I got mitashi service center manager contact number from mitashi customer care and tried to reach him. However his number was not in active. I have using many other brand products and this is the first time i have bought with mitashi and receiving extremely worst response from the customer service bangalore.
