Mitashi — Repair request of refrigerator is not processed since 09/02/2021

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have a Mitashi refrigerator under warranty period. On 09/12/2020, my refrigerator got faulty & I lodged my 1st complaint on the Mitashi's website. The service personnel paid us a visit & told that the compressor of the refrigerator has got faulty & needs to be replaced. He charged us Rs 400 as visit charges & told that he shall come back with compressor & fix the refrigerator.
However, the compressor of the refrigerator was not received by the service personnel from the company (as informed by the service personnel) till 40 days, leaving us with faulty refrigerator till 21/01/2021.
Then the new compressor was fixed, which was supposedly of Whirlpool company & was of less voltage than the one installed previously by the Mitashi company. We were charged Rs 2200 for the compressor, as it was told that the compressor is under warranty of 3 months only. However, this inappropriate new compressor also didn't last long & got faulty on 09/02/2021. I lodged my 2nd complaint & the service personnels (2 people- Ajay Mittal & Bijender) just kept lingering the matter saying that they shall fix up our refrigerator on this date or that date but till date (01/03/2021) nothing has been done.
The customer service number of Mitashi gives us just the phone numbers of these two service personnels - Ajay Mittal & Bijender & these two have stopped picking our calls or even if they pick from other people's mobile number, they just dodge the matter & always give us false hopes that the refrigerator shall be fixed soon, as & when they shall receive the compressor.
Earlier, when my refrigerator got faulty (09/12/2020), the weather in Delhi was cold & we managed the huge 40 days span of living without a refrigerator. But, now the weather in Delhi is hot & we are unable to keep our consumables.
What is our fault in purchasing a Mitashi refrigerator? Does it takes this long to fix a refrigerator? Now, I have also paid Rs 2200 for an incompatible compressor. How can the company just swindle my money & not provide me appropriate services??
I demand my refrigerator to be fixed immediately or provide me the mobile number/ email id of any high official of Mitashi who shall address my complaint with practicality or I shall escalate my matter legally.
