[Resolved]  Mitsubishi — 1.6 tonne mitsubishi heavy duty split ac

On date:24.09.17 i have purchased mitsubishi 1.6 tonne split ac from vadodara. Details are as under: dealers name - krunal appliances, chokhandi main road, gendigate, vadodara, gujarat. Model no. Srk20css, sr no. I[protected], o[protected], cost : rs. 47000 including gst +rs. 1200 installation. My ac is giving foul smell, sometimes untolerable. I had complained twice to dealer. Service engineer visited on 01.03.18, but failed to rectify the problem. He told me to run ac regularly and after some time smell will not come. Problem not solved, so i had called to customer care [protected], they told me to call in[protected], again another number given [protected] for gujarat region. Contact person of [protected] told me that send copy of invoice and he will solve it, same was communicated to him on 08.03.18, but till date no any person attended my complaint. Today again i have made a call to him, now he is saying i cannot do anything because i am an advertiser. This is the way mitsubishi dealers and customer care centre behaving with customers eventhough warranty exists. One more thing customer care never gives any complaint number, they only diverting calls from one person to other. Atlast i request you to either remove foul smell from my ac or refund my money. Updated by bannu_brc Mar 29, 2018 On 28.03.18 evening service engineer taken away indoor unit for testing at their service centre.
